LUMA 800BI is a perfect lighting solution for photo and video shootings in terms of lighting quality and portability.It is easy to control featuring all the latest techniques.

Carefully selected LED chips grant a high CRI over 95 for faithful reproduction of true colors and ensure high intensity. Color temperature is variable between 2700°K and 6500°K to meet your wide range of color need.
Dial knob at the back enables you to dim power 0%, 5% to 100% range in mixture with color temperature adjustment. Digital screen displays dimming and color temperature for your convenience.
As little as tablet PC, LUMA 800BI is small and only 4.5cm thin. Head itself weights only 1.13kg and together with battery pack, 2.28kg. Optional carry bag has extra pockets inside where you can put all bits and pieces securely.
A wide range of optional accessories is offered to meet your specific need.

Carefully selected high quality LED chips

Each rank of LED chips is quality controlled to have the same color temperature, high CRI over 95 and for specified intensity.

 

 

Optimized for outdoor use

Electricity is not always available for location shootings and it is too much hassle to bring long extension cables and generators. Battery powered and portable to carry with Aurora LUMA Led lights are designed to solve these problems.

First portable power option is BTA 1000 battery pack. Full charge from empty power takes 4 hours and it runs 1.5 hours at max power. To check your battery level, press the “on” button. 4 LED on indicates battery full and 1 RED LED on means battery low.

Second portable power option is 14.4V camcorder battery. Customized D-tap cable is offered for connection between LUMA 800BI and 14.4 camcorder battery.

 

 

Optional carry bag is offered where you can put LUMA 800BI, AC as well as DC powers, and other accessories. Padded wall and partition protects your equipment safely and it can be hand held or carried on your shoulder.

 

Silent active cooling 

Noise created by built in cooling fan is 9 to 15db. Almost no noise cooling creates perfect shooting condition for motion pictures. LUMA 800Bi is recommended for use under 40°C of ambient temperature. Use under higher temperature will be alarmed by LED indicator and system will be automatically shut down for cooling and restarted after cooling.

High light intensity

LUMA 800BI is super bright using ever evolving high efficient LED chips. Portable LUMA delivers enough light output for outdoor as well as indoor shooting.

 

Easy to use

Light intensity dims 5% to 100% through on board dimming knob continuously. Short push of dimmer knob can change mode between color temperature and light intensity while long push can turn on/off the light.

LUMA 800BI is one side with 1/4” tap and another side with 3/8” tap. Tilting bracket comes with enables attachment both to 1/4” tap and 3/8” tap and it hold an umbrella

 

Diffused soft light

Front screen diffuses harsh light and throws soft and yet bright light. Instead of multi shades observed with other LED lights in the market, Aurora LED light features a single shade for perfect light modify.

 

CUT and SHAPE

4-way barndoor comes equipped with the lighting unit. Moreover, softbox made with same fabric as other Aurora’s softboxes and grid are available for your need. Cut and shape the light as you wish.
